Running for Inclusion: The Arc of Northern Virginia’s Team Challenge at Burke Lake

On Saturday, June 7, 2025, Burke Lake Park in Fairfax Station, VA, will host The Arc of Northern Virginia’s 47th Annual Corporate & Community Team Challenge—a vibrant event that blends fitness, fun, and a powerful mission to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).bishopsevents.com+7runwashington.com+7runsignup.com+7

There will be both a 5K run and 2K Fun walk. After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy a celebration featuring food, music, and an awards ceremony. Proceeds from the event support The Arc of Northern Virginia’s vital programs and advocacy efforts for individuals with IDD. By participating, you’re contributing to initiatives that promote inclusion, independence, and opportunity for people with disabilities in the community
